CityTravel OÜ (reg. 12584093, Nafta 1, Tallinn) acts as a travel AGENT: package holidays are organised by the tour operator named on the offer — Tez Tour, Coral Travel, Join Up, Anex Tour or Novatours — and the operator's own travel conditions form part of your contract. Booking and payment: a booking is confirmed once the deposit of 20% of the package price is received. The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure; for bookings made closer to departure the full price is payable at once. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or in instalments through .
Changes and cancellations follow the organising operator's conditions and the Estonian Tourism Act; fees depend on how close to departure the change is made. Travel documents are sent by e-mail after full payment.
You are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visas) and for arriving on time. Travel insurance is not included unless added to the booking.
